Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Us (“Naijamart.com”) and you, the Affiliate (“Affiliate”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Affiliate Eligibility

1.1. Affiliates must adhere to the following eligibility criteria:

  • Affiliates must have a registered Affiliate account on Naijamart.com.
  • Affiliates must have a Providus bank account linked to their Naijamart profile.
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Earnings and Commission

2.1. Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions based on their referees’ actions as follows:

  • When a referee (seller) purchases the Free Basic Package, and opens a Providus bank account (Individual or SME) through naijamrt.com, the Affiliate earns 100 Naira.
  • When a referee (seller) purchases the Advance Package, and opens a Providus bank account (Individual or SME) through naijamrt.com, the Affiliate earns 500 Naira.
  • When a referee (seller) purchases the Premium Package, and opens a Providus bank account (Individual or SME) through naijamrt.com, the Affiliate earns 1,000 Naira.

Note: Payments are only made to your Providus bank account linked to naijamart.com

2.2. Commissions are subject to our (Naijamart.com) review and approval.

3. Review and Monitoring

3.1. We reserve the right to review and monitor Affiliate dashboards for any inconsistencies, glitches, or violations of this Agreement.

3.2. In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies, We may make necessary adjustments to Affiliate earnings.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions

4.1. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Affiliate.

4.2. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to regularly check for updates to these Terms and Conditions on our (Naijamart) platform.

5. Termination

5.1. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to us.

5.2. Termination of this Agreement will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
